We agree on a supported platform, page list and required features before your project starts. You provide your logo, approved text, service details, photos you have permission to use, contact details and any account access needed.

The listed 7–14-business-day turnaround starts when your content and required access are ready. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, paid apps and payment processing fees are separate. Premium includes one supported booking or payment integration; custom applications need a separate scope.

Will my site work on phones?

Mobile-friendly layouts are included in the website packages. We plan the page structure for visitors on phones as well as larger screens.

Do I own the website account?

The project includes a handoff to your account. We agree on the supported platform and required accounts before work starts.

Is rush service available?

An optional $150 rush request is available for eligible Landing Page and Business Website packages, subject to confirmed availability and an agreed date before payment. It is not available for Premium.

Can I combine a website with a logo?

Yes. The Plug Business Package combines a font-based logo, promotional design, a landing-page website and physical items. Review the package scope to see if it fits your launch.
